Tyler Whitt

I went to Hardin Baptist Church on my first Sunday at Murray State and I never left! I came into college as a believer, but the Lord used Godly mentors and brothers in Christ during my years in college to sharpen me, grow me, and help me to see how the Lord might use me for his glory in the church. I began to intern with the youth ministry in 2023, then graduated with my degree in nursing in 2024. The Lord opened the door for me to work with the Middle Schoolers at HBC and it is a joy to teach God’s word, disciple students, and see them come to know Christ.

In 2023 I married my incredible wife Alyee! We love HBC and the family it has given us. I am currently pushing my Masters of Divinity through Southern Seminary. I love to be outside, run, hike, and drink hot tea.
